I have lost money doing online transactions. withdraw that left my main account and never got credited in Sara. And the process to recover is too analog and slow. you are asked to do a hand written application to get back what the system wrongly took. In the coming minutes I am uninstalling this App. It's sad that something that should make clients comfortable is rather snatching their hard earned resources.

No issues using the app until recently that the app has refused to log me in. I guess it's network or some technical error which will be resolved. I enjoy using this app cos it makes life easy for me as long as transactions are concerned.

I just downloaded the app, in the process of creating my account, the screen turns blank and nothing happens. Fix your app, this is very annoying
