My experience with the SARA app has been extremely disappointing. After making a single withdrawal, I noticed that money went missing from my account, and the app incorrectly showed that I had made a double transaction. I submitted multiple complaints and followed up several times, yet it has taken over two months with no resolution. It’s frustrating and disappointing that such a serious problem takes this long to fix. The app and customer service feel completely unreliable.

It works when you don't need it and it never works when you need it. putting people in very uncomfortable situations. and uba has the poorest customer service ever. I have paid for my bank card and I still have not gotten it for the past three months after about 11 visits and 1000 excuses. if there was a way to give 0 stars I would have
