This app was working so good until this morning (21/06/2024) when I was offered an update. I wish I had declined. The update is no good. Every action now leads to a freeze. I have terminated the app and restarted several times but all I get is freezing. Looks like the update introduced more bugs than fix things.

It's a good app because you can at times follow up your account at the comfort of your home and even make transactions without time wastage, but for the fact that some rubrics are not yet functional. The technical team should try to make them go operational fast, and at times certain transactions between Sara money and the main bank account can't be done at certain periods of the day

This app is a joke! If you can't handle online banking, just go back to the medieval way of handling money: cash only! I lost my money during a transfer and haven't got it back. I read lots of reviews complainingabout the same issue; I wonder if this app is not just a type of electronic scam used to take people's money illegally! So disappointed, I wish I could give 0 star!
