This app was working so good until this morning (21/06/2024) when I was offered an update. I wish I had declined. The update is no good. Every action now leads to a freeze. I have terminated the app and restarted several times but all I get is freezing. Looks like the update introduced more bugs than fix things.

This app is a joke! If you can't handle online banking, just go back to the medieval way of handling money: cash only! I lost my money during a transfer and haven't got it back. I read lots of reviews complainingabout the same issue; I wonder if this app is not just a type of electronic scam used to take people's money illegally! So disappointed, I wish I could give 0 star!

At the most crucial moment, the app turns into the most unresponsive thing you'll ever encounter. Internal error messages that won't help in any way and will be recurrent for long. and unending hours. For a bank app, for such a big bank, it is such a letdown
