Love this app! I've never been a long-term user of fitness apps. They are usually not enough or too much, this one is the baby bear; just right. It gives me a good blueprint to start my workout but offers as much or as little customisation. Not to mention the most important part, I've gotten stronger with NUMBERS to show for it!

I've been using this app for three weeks, and I truly enjoy it. One of it's greatest virtues has been taking the thinking out of what workout I will do each day. Additionally, the automatic ramping up of each of the core exercises has encouraged me to push myself harder and I've already noticed some improvements in strength and muscle tone. A suggestion I would make would be to include a feature where the user can draft and create their own exercises to add to the included library of resources.

I'm a vet tech. My job is heavily reliant on physical fitness: stamina, strength, and flexibility. But while I know a whole lot about anatomy and physiology, I never understood a good and proper way to increase my strength gradually. This app lays it out for me: a simple, easy-to-use, straightforward method that doesn't take too much time and even does the math *for* me. As far as fitness apps go, the results from this one are self-evident; I'm stronger than I've ever been! Thank you, 5/3/1!
