I like the workload and the split. I don't like that the app doesn't remember the weight I used in the BBB sets and accessory lifts going in to the next workout, even though I hit save each time. UPDATE: The developer responded to me educating me on what setting to use to correct my issue. Now 4 stars. I'd only ask for updated videos on using the app.

Hello Donnie,
BBB set are based on the configured percentages and don't have to be the same for all weeks. Assistance exercises should show the previous weights if the "Setting" , "Progression" , " Use previous weights" is on.

I've read through Wendler's book and this honestly helps you keep track of his methods. I don't have the paid version but even this free version is good enough to track percentages, and even PR goals. Excellent. Update: I eventually bought the paid version, and been using it for 3 years or so. I lot more options, and practical additions for those wanting to hone in your training. Love the options to awitch to 3/5/1 variations, and many options for specific programing.

I've used Wendler's programs for 8+ years in my powerlifting training- a lot of the time, I was using paper or excel to do it or tracking my accessory work with pen and paper because previous 5/3/1 apps only included Wendler's program itself. This app replaces all that. It is easily customizable, very intuitive, and tracks all the stats I want to be able to see.
