I'm giving 4 stars because this app is a bit rough around the edges, (and a widget would be great), it has potential. However, that would probably result in it costing a fortune. it has everything needed just very basic and unpolished. Glad I found it though.

It is one of the most usefull wellness apps you'll ever see. Thank you so much. I get to aproach everything more introspectively, think calmer clearer and tune in to what the universe has been saying to me. Healing and recovery at lightyear zoom. So happy And one more thing, it is so friendly to beginners,-...thank goodness for that because most apps like these already expect you to know what to do.

Awesome app.. helps you set time and music.. and there are a few options for meditation as well.. love this app
