Ratings and reviews

It’s become extremely frustrating to use your app and website. Payments simply don’t go through, no matter how many times tried or which bank card used. On top of that, the prices keep increasing every time I search for the same destination within minutes. Even airline fares don’t change this quickly. There’s no option to view recent searches, and the bus timings appear to be listed randomly. I’ve emailed customer care multiple times but no efforts made. Check boxes poorly visible. Fix web&app

Why bother make an app to book tickets then not add any trips in the app? I checked different cities, different dates.... 0 no results, at least the website even tho it was horrible it showed the list of trips
