This is actually a decent insurance for those needing to get coverage for their vehicle so they ate legal. Like the fact they allow bi weekly payments or monthly payments. Plus they have a grace period and you can easily reinstate a canceled policy within a 14 day period. Not sure how good they are when it comes to claims as I haven't had to do one...thank goodness!

I think it's terrible how they throw $5 and $3.50 fees at you like it was candy. It's 8:30 am 9/9/25. The auto draft is for the 9th, but heaven forbid you not be ready for that single inconsistent withdrawal. But it'll be before business hours. If you're not ready, get ready to get hit over the head with fees fees and more fees. I could understand if it was the following day. If it was actually late, but if your using the app to pay that's another fee for 3rd party. Just FYI

The app is not user friendly at all. Youre supposed to be able to change/update your information and there is no place to. I have the biometric setup but it wont accept mine. Its just not a good app. I wish it had the option to setup a future payment process but it does not. it just allows you to pay the amount at the moment.
