lately your team uploaded over 250 + face watches on the app. unfortunately most of the face watches do not get transferred to the watch. I think there is a bug and it needs to get fixed. please look into it because most of the face watches are really good and would love to have them on the watch as well.

If you want people to continue to use their fire boltt smartwatch ,please fix the app login issue, it has been over 5 days now but the app is still not working. From the beginning there were many issues with the app ,it used to get logged out, out of nowhere.but now this login issue is just too much, the watch is actually useless if we don't get to connect and sync it with the app.

worst experience. first damaged product received from online after complaint they sent again damaged product. this watch is not able to connect. battery backup is worst. please don't buy the watch and worst app experience. Also their helpline number doesn't work. It's better to purchase a watch of another company. The health meter measures the heart beat on the table and shows 92.
