Savrsoft is the operating system for a professional catering business. Take
orders online, cost every menu, schedule the prep, and see the profit on each
job before you send the quote.

TAKE ORDERS WITHOUT A CONSULTATION

Publish your menus as priced packages, then share one link. Clients answer a few
questions — date, headcount, what they want, dietary needs — and it arrives as a
fully specified quote request. You approve every one; nothing books itself and
nobody is charged without you.

Event managers, PAs and venues get their own portal. They book again without
re-entering a thing, and every request records who the event is really for.

A KITCHEN THAT KNOWS THE CLOCK

Approve a menu and Savrsoft writes the mise en place: grouped by station, timed
backwards from service, with anything cured, proved or set overnight flagged
before the day rather than on it. Email it to your crew with a calendar file, or
give them a login that shows the prep sheet and never the money.
