multiple times now I have ordered with this app only to end up getting nothing when I go to pick up. one time they said they never got the order, only to have another employee come and explain that they needed to actually check for new orders and show them mine had come in 40min earlier. today, they took it a step further and acted as though the system was down, refused to refund me or to finish the order and told me to deal with it through the app. it worked fine 2 days prior.

This app is useless. There is an order button that does nothing. Can view, but not choose, the featured items that have an "order now" button, and there is nothing to choose /view under "All Menu Items". Had a house full of teenagers to order for - guess we're going somewhere else. Given how inordinately difficult it was to register for their reward program and simply choose a preferred store, I should not have been surprised... 0 Stars. Uninstalling.

I can only view the app and deals. I put all information in the app and it only pulls up a handful of locations (none which are in my city) while there are 2 locations in 2 malls within 15 miles of me. I am not able to make an order because the app doesn't locate any restaurant when keying in the search. There are only some preloaded locations in a drop down box.
