multiple times now I have ordered with this app only to end up getting nothing when I go to pick up. one time they said they never got the order, only to have another employee come and explain that they needed to actually check for new orders and show them mine had come in 40min earlier. today, they took it a step further and acted as though the system was down, refused to refund me or to finish the order and told me to deal with it through the app. it worked fine 2 days prior.

This app is useless. There is an order button that does nothing. Can view, but not choose, the featured items that have an "order now" button, and there is nothing to choose /view under "All Menu Items". Had a house full of teenagers to order for - guess we're going somewhere else. Given how inordinately difficult it was to register for their reward program and simply choose a preferred store, I should not have been surprised... 0 Stars. Uninstalling.

They're advertising a new app, but they already had an account for me, so clearly not new. They ask your zip code to help find your closest location, and then list a bunch of much further locations. Even then, they give the street address rather than a useful description like the town or mall the location is in. Furthermore, the ordering menu in the app doesn't include combos.
