The concept it great and it would be wonderful if it worked accurately but a lot of work needs to be done before it would be useful. It shouldn't really be offered until it works properly! Information retreived is incorrectly categorised between onshore and offshore, some USD values are shown as Rand, difficult/impossible to edit information, I could go on.

Nice idea. Values days old though. Recently values are totally cock eyed. New problem - it double counts. Can't manage basic arithmetic. Months later. Still not fixed. Part 2. After fixing it to s degree, it's once again totally off the mark. You add amounts IN TWO PLACES. Meantime another amount is still wrong after all these months. This app fails in the most fundamental way. It cannot add. It cannot retrieve the correct amounts. I am worrying about the confidentiality of my information.

None of the Standard Bank apps are functional. It doesn't complete registration process. The bank tellers can't even help they say they have the same problem. I've emailed for help but no response. I can't pay bills or buy online. I work at a quarantine site and can't leave to go pay bills manually. My old bank was much more helpful and useful. I regret changing banks🤞 standard bank doesn't even respond. no help since before lockdown. Very irritated with app and service
