I am encountering an issue with the SBI Authenticator App. I am currently at sea, operating in the GMT+10 time zone, and utilizing the ship's open Wi-Fi network. Despite acknowledging the "time error" and "open Wi-Fi" notifications by pressing "proceed," the application fails to launch, preventing me from completing my transaction. I have attempted to resolve this by adjusting my phone's time zone to GMT+05:30, but the issue persists. It is not possible to modify the ship's Wi-Fi time settings.

Doesn't work! The app is unable to authenticate my UK phone number I registered with my UK SBI account! Looks like maybe it only works with Indian phone numbers. Useless for me and the SBI OTP via email or message app are slow to arrive and are a hit and miss. takes at least 3 attempts before I get one. I don't know why the app won't use fingerprint or facial recognition instead. Very frustrating, the SBI authentication process makes each transaction through SBI app several times slower!

The idea is good, but the app does not allow me to complete the registration because my internet banking password has 20 character (which is the maximum allowed length on internet banking site), however the authenticator app only allows inputting 19 character for internet banking credential causing the registration to fail. I think some developer made a mistake on how the character is counted on the registration page causing this stupid bug.
