This application not have option for without adding beneficiary fund transfer. In Quick Transfer. Thia gone through IMPS. No option for NEFT. If person want to send Immediate NEFT. He have to wait atleast half day. This is minimum time taken by bank to approve beneficiary. Or go to bank for any fund transfer. Kotak Mahindra bank gives option in its app. Without adding beneficiary NEFT/ IMPS sent. And have option for add beneficiary in a single minute. Please use kotak app and copy these good features from kotak to sbi application. After addition of good features. Sbi anywhere is India's best app. I hope this request will go for consideration.
Not enough! This app has issues need to fix it I don't care if you copy other bank apps First of all it has long in issue sometimes and it doesn't show update Balance at time I'm using HDFC App that's so easy to use and comfortable. SBI App looks Cheap (don't mind) But I believe you can make it much better

People want to do everything in short.. come on guys.. it's a step forward to digital India, so some mistakes will happens, App is little buggy, takes time to load, but it will soon rectified by technical team.. according to my knowledge it's good app to check your bank balance without going to bank, Good Work SBI team.. but Need some improvements.. Make meterial design like bank of Baroda Mpassbook.. Also Seperate Mpassbook from freedom app..
Fraud bank. I recently installed this app and now I got OTP, as someone is trying to use my card to buy KSRTC bus tickets for Rs.669. I called customer SBI customer care. They are telling me to block my card and take new card for Rs.300 plus GST. So, hacker trying to steal Rs.669 and SBI wants Rs.360 for new card. Both are rogues. I làst used this card 8 months ago at ATM. Lakhs of Axis bank, HDFC bank, and SBI bank card information was leaked few months ago via Hitachi ATMs, but customer has to pay for bank's mistake. Fraud bank is making money by just replacing cards. This is a scam.
Worst experience for last 1 month. 2-3 ECS /ATM declined charges even after sufficient balance. Amt 10230 /- is listed without customer consent. I think you are least bother to listen your customers. Due to only your ignorance habits , you are loosing customers. Please tell me why my big amt of Rs 10230/- is under lien. Your unhappy customer
The earlier version was usable. The latest version though looks very good... after setting the login PIN, I was able login only once so far. The login screen doesn't display the keyboard for typing the PIN and doesn't switch to the Password option either. So it is utterly unusable. I can hardly see the cursor at all!
