26 Dec 2025 - Terrible app for pensioners. Invalid credentials error. No confirmation upon password reset if successful or not, but cannot login any longer. 2 Dec 22 - Thankfully, some more features have been added. However, every time the app updates to a higher version (e.g. before life certificate updation), one cannot login as the app throws a server connection error. To overcome this, one needs to uninstall & then reinstall the app.

Not user friendly App. Superseniors, sick members may not be able to open without the help of others. Too much security system like PFO No.,Password,OTP ,etc. makes it difficult. difficult.
