About this app

Straight Buckets provides personalized training that translates from the weight room to the basketball court. Our advanced programs go beyond traditional routines, focusing on real results where it matters most. We believe in developing the whole athlete—body, mind, and character—to help each individual grow and exceed expectations.

With the Straight Buckets Performance workout logging app, you can log your workouts from anywhere, view upcoming sessions, and book appointments with ease. The SBP team creates customized training plans designed with training that translates in mind, allowing you to track your progress in real time. See your hard work pay off through features like progress photos, nutrition tracking, and assessments. Plus, access resources and instructional videos to help you stay organized and get the most out of your Straight Buckets Performance training.

What started as founder Joe Brooks’ personal hoop dream has grown into a mission to help others achieve theirs. Born from his journey of discipline and resilience, SBP now operates out of a 4,000 sq ft facility in Portland, training top Oregon talent and NBA/WNBA athletes like Nassir Little, Evina Westbrook, Jazian Gortman, and Antoine Davis—continuing to build complete players on and off the court.
