the lag and stall out is horrible. not to mention the numerous times it fails to recognize my login and fingerprint. *update. I un-installed the app and cleaned out all cookies and cache, then a couple days later reinstalled the app. while it's not perfect, it's doing better. I'm not getting errors trying to log in and it seems to be normal speed.

The app was great BEFORE the uodate!! My family and I are constantly getting locked out and need to call customer service for help. Pretty much every time any of us try to log in, a security code is needed despite having entered the correct user name and password. The new set up ro view transactions doesnt make any sense- the way it used to be was great- all transactions were eadily viewable, and not separated in a weird way. I honestly HATE it and wish they would switch back. The only nice thin

app does what i need but there's 1 ongoing issue. when they update the app, the older version gives you a login error when you try to log in. you need to remember that this is how you're informed that you need to update the app. not exactly standard software practice and i bet they get hundreds of unnecessary customer service calls just because of how it's handled.
