DocHauler is a communications tool built for the transportation industry that acts as your own private company app. Collect high quality document scans of your delivery paperwork or pictures from your OTR drivers. DocHauler can also deliver load information, safety messages, training videos, driver settlements, permit/registration documents and just about anything else you can think of. DocHauler is customizable and flexable enough to meet most Carrier and Brokerage companies needs.
Compatable with any database driven transportation management system as well as most document imaging systems for complete integration.

Welcome screen has a bulletin board to post your latest company information or safety messages. These messages can be user specific (examples: well wishes for anniversaries, birthdays as well as reminder alerts for expiring licenses or other documents).
Instantly share informational or training videos keeping your fleet informed.
Set up multiple custom processes to collect either quality pdf document scans or jpeg photo with file names that can contain (users id, department name, two identifying numbers like trip or loads numbers, custom document types, and a time date stamp) for zero indexing work on the back end.
Share and organize in one place as many operational documents as your company needs. They can be either user specific like driver settlements or scorecards or public like trailer registrations or customer SOP’s.
Share data with your drivers like complete load information, fuel prices to optimize purchases, driver event calendar and more.
Use the mapping feature to help your drivers locate trailers in large drop yard using your GPS data.

Horrible app, unusable. Also experiencing the "no internet present !!!" bug. Uninstalled, reinstalled, clear data, reset phone, absolutely nothing will get this app working again. Using Samsung S21 phone. App store will not even allow download on Samsung tablet, "not compatible with your device". Wish my company would use something else for sending in trips.

I have to update my review. It's ALWAYS something with Dochauler. It either has "server issues" or "no internet present". It hasn't worked in since January 2023 and Dochauler either is incapable or unwilling to fix the problem!! This is the WORST app that I have ever used. I wish we would could go back to TransFlo. TransFlo like the Qualcomm, never crashed. Never locked up and WORKED great for the drivers. It was easy to use and it was dependable. I'd pay for Transflo on my own if I could!

This app is absolute garbage...I'm constantly having to resend documents. sometimes it takes upwards to 30 plus minutes to send something because you are constantly having to retake pictures of documents
