I've been 3 separate occasions to leave 1 star😂 App is very flawed. it's slow, I fight with the keyboard every single time, and it logs me out every time I close my app. Had to close the app just to leave a party. I'm currently mad at ps bc you can't even swear without getting banned, but I can't upload clips, I've been banned for a couple of days, and it was working yesterday. I will say the best part of the app is you can msg quick, but, speaking from experience, it will get you banned.

Just terrible. All I want is to download my captures, I take specific videos and then can't even download them because the app refuses to load them and then when they do load (if they do), I can't download it, doesn't say why, just says can't do it. I've uninstalled, restarted my phone, cleared cache, the lot, still not working, not even loading. Waste of an app. Fix it

This app is hot garbage. Any time I try to login I immediately get "This device sent too many requests to the server. Please try again later." which makes no sense. It's not like I've been spamming logins. I simply logged out of my old psn account and logged into my new one and I get this every time. Can't login at all. Tons of people complaining about the exact same issue online. For a company as large as Sony to mess something up as simple as logins is quite silly. Horrible user experience.
