Ratings and reviews

The refund policy is way too strict — no refunds once you've started a digital download, even if you've only played a couple minutes and decide the game isn't for you. Steam gives you a 2-hour window, which is way more reasonable. Also don't think PlayStation Plus is worth the cost anymore. On PC you can get a huge library of free-to-play games and don't need a subscription just to play online. Sony should really reconsider both of these if they want to stay competitive.

Login not working. After I enter my passkey info, it looks like it's signing me in, but goes right back to the sign in screen. Very disappointing experience from a company of Sony's stature. Even more disappointing for people who pay Sony's high prices for membership and this is the level of service received. I can't recommend this app or service no matter how good some of their games and consoles are.

Great for messaging and sharing clips, but there are times when the clips take way too long to process and be ready, long after they've "finished" uploading to the app, before I can do anything with them. So many times I've urgently needed the clips right away to send, but it becomes a moot point after an hour or two of it "Processing" after if "finishes" uploading
