Ratings and reviews

I primarily use this for downloading saved gameplay clips and screenshots but it crashes way too much if I'm trying to watch/download my videos or pictures. There's been times where I'm trying to save just one clip and it crashed at least 7 times before I finally got it. Other than that issue, browsing the store and looking at your games and trophies works fine.

I appreciate the role of the app, but I'm trying to use it to be in a voice chat party with my friend, and I cant get sound to come out of any of my Bluetooth devices. Bluetooth sound will be working normally while talking on the phone or watching a YouTube video, but the sound immediately switches to my phone speaker when I join my friend's shared screen in the party.

I keep having trouble with the captures feature. It just straight up stopped working at least a few days ago, possibly longer. I've done everything recommended online, made sure the settings were right, that I was connected, even logged out and back in. And my captures won't appear, even if I manually hit upload.
