pretty much unusable. When I can get the app to start, I'm prompted with text verification at every step I take. check offers? check phone for text verification. Check card number? check phone for text verification number. I try to open app to scan at the till? took too long, logged me out, time to check phone for text verification to relog in to begin the process all over again. I don't know how this app was deployed in this state but it is unusable. zero stars.

Edit: Seriously, the worst app ever. I'm trying to change my address under profile, but I can't. It says "Bad Request." Not a good app. Logging in takes forever despite having biometrics turned on. I'll do the fingerprint thing then the app still asks for me to type in my email, then choose between text or email for a code, then I have to type that in. And then, when I tap on "card", a message block comes up saying "temporarily unavailable". Please fix your app, it's the worst points app ever.

What a nightmare this app! Must have two different accounts to load offers. Doesn't stay signed in even when you check the option to stay signed in. Takes way, way to many steps to log in. If you have a problem, you can't do anything at all without contacting customer service on the phone. When I call to have my account deleted (we can't do that on the app nor online) the CSR told me my account was deactivated, not deleted. I don't trust that they removed my data. What a horrible app design!
