just about the app not its products. not very interactive friendly. had to re-download and delete the old app for some reason instead of updating - and the old app was no longer in the app store but still on my phone. can't click on any product in the cart to show the product info, you have to go and search it up and remember the name. search doesn't work under some segments in the app. can't click and or zoom in anywhere if you needed to. and there is no wishlist.

UPDATE: App is no longer glitchy, it's just trash. Recently I can't even access my account through the app. Their new security feature requires you to enter your email and then you get a login code. Well, I don't ever receive the login code so I end up just having to login through my browser. So much work and such a waste of time. I've been a member for 10yrs & my experience keeps getting worse, not to mention their site is just so bloated now. It's a visual headache.

Worst company ever! Do not download, do not purchase anything from them. Once you're subscribed it is extremely hard to cancel. Even after I canceled 3 months later they decided to just start sending me subscriptions again. I cannot edit my credit card information and remove it. So now I had to contact my bank to cancel the card. This company is the worst!

Hi M, so sorry to hear this. Rest assured that once subscription is canceled, billing should stop. Subscriptions don't restart on their own. You can remove payment methods in account settings.
