first order arrived fast. Second one never arrived and I paid for a premium perfume that charges 15$s extra on top of the regular subscription. super disappointing considering it's been well over a month since ordering...maybe a hit or miss at time. customer service is hard to get ahold of and will not refund your money if mishap like this happens so basically taking the risk of getting robbed.... I saw so much potential in this subscription...

Some folks say they didn't get their delivery in the reviews. I always get mine. That's probably an issue with your mail carrier. I get so excited on "new perfume day" and get really into picking out my next scents. I've increased my subscription twice since starting. Filtering by note is really easy. I love getting the surprise samples!! I meant to stop this subscription after a few months but now I'm scheduled out for the next 8 months -- I'm probably a lifer!

You really are not saving much money, nor are you getting a good deal. Honestly just go on there to look at scent profiles am pick which one you want. They will say it's so they can have a sustainable business, but if there really is no benefit in having this. Do you just want sample sizes, but prices are still high and they up charge if its a little more expensive the basic ones? Then maybe you'll like it, but I recommend just going in person and smelling them yourself.
