SchoolOS Staff is the school-side companion to the SchoolOS parent app. One app for everyone who runs the school day — gate security, teachers, and admins — with each role seeing only what they need.

AT THE GATE
Scan a parent's QR code and instantly see the child's name, the guardian's photo, whether they're authorised for pickup, and the child's fee clearance status. Record pickups and drop-offs with one tap, with a manual lookup for edge cases. QR codes rotate every 10 minutes and are cryptographically signed — screenshots cannot be replayed. Unauthorised pickup attempts alert the parent and the school immediately.

FOR TEACHERS
A dedicated teacher space: My Classes with full rosters, daily roll call — parents of absent students are notified automatically — homework with due dates that parents see in their app, and a read-only school calendar.

FOR ADMINS
• Students & parents — manage student records, invite parents by email with automatic temporary credentials, and approve guardian additions.
• Fees & services — define your catalogue of fees and services with per-class pricing, receive parents' service requests, confirm them or request changes.
• Payments — review submitted proof of payment, verify or reject, and clear the student for the term in one step. Balances are computed automatically.
• Announcements — compose announcements or emergency alerts to all parents, with delivery and read receipts.
• School calendar — create events with covers, photos, location and audience; parents get reminders automatically.
• Attendance — read-only attendance view for every class.
• Arrivals — browse pickup and drop-off history by date, filter by class, or search by name.
• Sessions & terms — manage the academic year hierarchy from one place.

REQUESTS INBOX
One place for everything awaiting action — guardian approvals, service requests, and payments — with a badge for pending items.

ROLES & PERMISSIONS
Create roles, choose exactly which permissions they carry, and assign them to staff — or grant individual permissions directly. Sensitive screens and actions are gated accordingly, and every admin action is recorded in an audit trail.

SchoolOS is adopted school-wide. Your school admin creates your staff account and you'll receive your credentials by email.
