The app has been great up until a couple months ago when the mobile version started freezing when using the remote keypad. Sometimes I can close & reopen the app multiple times and then it will work, but even that has become less & less effective. The issue only occurs in the mobile app. I do not have the problem when using my laptop. Unfortunately, my phone is the device I use most for remote work.

A few weeks ago the Android client stopped connecting to my on-prem installation. Windows and Linux clients still work , just not Android. Nothing changed on our server. Tried app on another phone, same thing. Migrated the installation to another newer server, same thing. Tried a cloud-based trial, works fine. Finally managed to locate an older APK of the app from few months before the last update and... all fine again. So their recent app update is suddenly incompatible with my server, thanks.

The most recent update makes the app nearly impossible to use. Every time you zoom in and then try to activate the keyboard by swiping the menu down, the screen it's resized to fit your display making the screen unreadable on a phone display. This worked just fine before the update. Please fix ASAP! EDIT: Screen resizing issue fixed. Works great!
