Scythebill for Android is a companion app for the desktop version of Scythebill. It cannot be used on its own - if you're not using https://www.scythebill.com already, it's not going to be useful to you!
But if you are, you can use this app to answer questions when you're out in the field - "when's the last time I saw that species?" or "did I ever get a photograph?". It doesn't currently support species entry - it's for quick access to your database.
It lets users browse world taxonomies - both the built-in eBird/Clements taxonomy and any extended taxonomies you've updated, and see your sightings for those species and subspecies.
It also lets you run reports, to find species you've seen in particular locations or regions, certain dates, or with photographs.
