Our goal is to help you engage with your employees to help them stay current with their skills, assess their knowledge for potential promotions or to identify skill gaps to help move your organization forward, identify misconceptions where you may think what you said resonated but in fact didn’t, and help your employees gain self-confidence and grow.

What’s new

- Roles are now available allowing a grouping of skills where you can indicate if the skill is required or a nice-to-have. You can also set the desired proficiency of each skill for the role.
- Roles can be assigned to users. When a role is selected, all skills associated with the role become part of the user’s profile.
- Home view now has a My Skills section that shows you the role you’re assigned to along with all skills assigned.
