been unable to load the game for 3 days in a row. tried everything, no change. how can submit an in-game ticket if I can't enter the game? keeps saying network is disconnected, please check: 10002. it gets to 19% and then disconnects

The idea of the game is cool, RoK in the pirate setting. But this game is poor in everything except visual. Lack of content, poor balance, pointless fights where your opponent can enter the port any second. Just think. During the fight enemy enters the city of your alliance and repairs there. ??? The game is quite new, but it has already existed for more than 3 months and the developers didn't notice that it is just unplayable? Of course they don't care as long as people donate.

downloading this just to point out the incredibly predatory interactive ads this garbage pedals that you cannot END, let alone skip without playing
