Easy to use, and has promotion info. the problem is I can't schedule more than one ride at a time, and I can't edit my reservation. So, to edit anything in my scheduled reservation (wrong payment method, time, etc) I have to cancel my existing reservation and then create a brand new one. That's the reason for the 4 stars. The ride service itself was great, the driver was on time (early by 20 minutes), the car was comfortable and he drove carefully as well.

Things changes & rarely I had to cancel my orders. Within the past year I had to cancel twice. To my surprise, the exact same experience. 10-15 minutes later the driver showed up. When I told them I've cancelled, they showed me their phone and my order still on their screen. I had to pull down their screen to refresh. My suggestion, please auto refresh every minute. It's unpleasant to deal with drivers lecturing me not to cancel shortly before they arrive, when in reality I've cancelled long ago
