Here it is, 3 years since my last review, not much has changed!This is probably the worst banking app I have. It's great when it works. I set it to use fingerprint and it works fine for weeks, then the biometrics stop working and it wants the password usually at the most inconvenient times. I don't carry my 100+ passwords around so I can't get in until I get home. 😠 None of my other apps do this. Once biometrics are set, they keep working all the time. So ??? With the Sea West app

Mobile banking should allow you to use the pictures already taken in your phone, instead of forcing the use of the Take Photo which jumps around. Took several tries. I had clearer photos stored and could not use them.

The system is great first of all but compared to all the other banking sites it slow and there is a lot to be desired you can use the zelle feature but it's slower than a snail and will lock you out after 1 or 2 transactions then you have to make a series of phone calls and then your still lock out for 24-48 hours and then the same thing happens all over again then your availability balance doesn't update immediately it takes time and for an active on the go Mom like me I need things to move fas
