Ratings and reviews

The app is buggy and it forces logout. U need to login every time. What's worse is that it would keep u stuck at a loading screen for a few minutes only to end up showing an error. I faced crashing issues way too many times as well, to which point I called their customer support and they had the audacity to request me not to login and wait until next weekday and to pray for the issues to get fixed LOL. I've never seen such incompetent IT department in banking.

I hate the fact that it doesn't remember anything for card login. It's lackluster and the interface is stupid, lacks details. also since yesterday it just shows 500 internal server error. while the web version works perfectly, this doesn't even let me log in.

Very Poor app interface,,,,, it's look like they have hired a developer from past, app experience is very bad
