My earbuds used to work fine! Now with the update they have stopped working completely. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing! This is very frustrating, I need my privacy to make and receive phone calls, especially at work. Please fix immediately! I know I am not the only one with these issues. Not happy at all!

This did not fix the fact that my favourite Sony earbuds with a jack don't really work with a USB-C dingle. There's a static sound present. Also after install the app needs to update through redirecting to the Galaxy Store, not sure why. Not sure what it does and why you had to remove the jack either, but it's a really pointless move.

This app really sucks Samsung! One would think that with the revenue you profit you could employ engineers that can actually program a working app. Here's a pro tip, why don't you bring back the 3.5 wired earbuds port that most audiophiles want anyway! Just inexcusable!
