SECBANK MOBILE BANKING

The SECBank Mobile is a free service app that can be linked to an existing deposit account. It provides users with a secure and convenient access to a wide variety of services and features with just the use of a smartphone anytime, anywhere.

Features
Open an Account
Among the first rural banks that allow opening an account through the mobile app without having to visit the branch personally.

Secure Login
You can use the default password option or enable advanced authentication features like OTP, Biometrics, and FaceID as long as your mobile device supports them.

Mobile Banking Transactions
View balances on linked accounts and transaction history for all your mobile transactions

Fund Transfer:
1. Within your SouthEast Country Bank accounts
2. To 3rd party accounts within SouthEast Country Bank
3. To other bank accounts via InstaPay and PesoNet (coming soon)
4. To another SECBank Mobile account via QR Code (coming soon)

Cash In/Cash Out
Cash In (Deposit)/Cash Out (Withdraw) to/from your account balance by visiting any SouthEast Country Bank branch.

Bills Payment
Pay bills to a wide selection of billers and merchants from the Bayad Center network (coming soon)

Prepaid Loading
Buy prepaid load for yourself or anyone from any network (Globe, Sun, Talk & Text & Smart) (coming soon)

QR Code Transactions
Send and receive payments using a QRPh Code via peer-to-peer transfers (coming soon)
Make payments via QRPh code to select SouthEast Country Bank partner establishments (coming soon)
