Make money by assigning shops and entering surveys on the go! The free Secret Shopper® app provides our registered shoppers with the flexibility and convenience to work from their Smartphone.

With this app you can:
1. View and schedule available shops
2. Review Shop Instructions
3. Get driving directions and turn-by-turn navigation to the shop location
4. Take and upload digital images to shop reports using your Smartphone’s camera
5. Work between all your devices seamlessly
6. Submit completed shops to get paid
7. Send emails to a coordinator about scheduling shops or support
8. Search for shops based on your location

Ratings and reviews

The available shops list is easy to read, selecting and scheduling shops is easy, doing the shops is kinda fun. I have chronic illness, and have had to reschedule or cancel a couple times and the communication was fairly simple. I'm pickier about what shops I choose because of gas prices and wonder if there will be an increase in the payments? I have recommended this app to friends and family.

Worst experience ever! No matter what they will always try to find some reason to cancel your shop! Shops are confusing and irritatiing and to get through editing is nearly impossible. Some shops require you to purchase memberships or items with your own money which in most cases is not refunded correctly if refunded at all. Don't waste your time or money with these people. Any worse and I would just call it a SCAM!!!

The app itself is easy to use and navigate. My only complaint is they just do not pay enough in my opinion. The shops that require you to go to a place pay super low and are usually pretty extensive, have alot of questions you have to ask and sometimes they want you to record or take pics. If you make even 1 simple mistake then you will not get paid! I dont know about you, but I make mistakes from time to time and I cannot afford to not be paid for my work so I haven't done any shops for them.
