With this app you can:
1. View and schedule available shops
2. Review Shop Instructions
3. Get driving directions and turn-by-turn navigation to the shop location
4. Take and upload digital images to shop reports using your Smartphone’s camera
5. Work between all your devices seamlessly
6. Submit completed shops to get paid
7. Send emails to a coordinator about scheduling shops or support
8. Search for shops based on your location

Ratings and reviews

It makes reporting 10x faster than the web. I've been with this company 14 years and they are always willing to work with you to become a better mystery shopper. The app is regularly upgraded and the improvements have been significant. One suggestion I would make would be to have page numbers at the top of my list as well as the bottom. I'm a high volume shopper, so it's a bit time consuming to scroll all the way down to get to the next page. Otherwise, the app is near perfect!
