Gilbert 311 allows citizens to report common non-emergency issues, tag their location, and send them to the appropriate Gilbert staff member for assistance. Residents can create, view and track the status of their report making it easy to engage and communicate with their local government and improve their community.

Poor UI. Tedious reporting once app is running. Wrong default location when reporting multiple issues. Unable to report anonymously when attaching multiple photos?! Default to report publicly even when reporting broken trash cans?!

a dumpster fire of an app. Won't upload photos. won't allow me to submit photos. won't take screenshots. keeps crashing. Horrible.

GPS location when making a report is WAY off. GPS works fine with everything else so must be the app.
