Frankly I love the idea/premise, but using it for reporting is a mess. Not intuitive at all. Submissions are not completed and/or the submitter not notified. I have produced over 15 mobile app, this one need work! Manch has a real issue with loud muffler idiots, you can report it in the app via Police>Non emergency...however, do not expect action. There is a problem getting schedules for city bus. I use that frequently. Warning of insecure page. Other than that fine, so far, but this has been a long time.
