About this app

For those potholes, damaged street signs, and other local problems that need attention, the Memphis Click 'n Fix mobile app makes reporting a problem easier than ever. This app uses GPS to recognize your location and gives you a menu of common quality-of-life conditions to select from. The app allows you to upload pictures or videos to accompany your request. Report all variety of issues such as street maintenance, street light issues, damaged trees, parking meters, and others. Residents can track the status of reports they or other members of the community have submitted.

I use this often and the great thing if you set up an account is that you get a notification and can use that to follow up on the request. Easy to report issues, help the city take care of things.

When I call 311, they always take care of me and my request. They also let me know if there is a delay in any service I'm requesting. I really think they have great customer service. The app is very very easy to use. Everyone in the Memphis area should have this app.

Ask to many annoying questions, calling is a lot easier . Don't know how much good it does either way. But will keep reporting the lack of service issues hoping to see a change.
