About this app

The Valdosta Click ’N Fix app makes reporting local service requests - such as potholes, damaged street signs and other issues that need attention - easier than ever. The simple-to-use app uses GPS to recognize your location, gives you a menu of common conditions to select from, and allows you to upload pictures or videos to accompany your municipal service request. The mobile app may be used for a variety of other commonly reported issues such as street maintenance, broken street lights, damaged trees, overgrown lots, and others. Citizens may also track the status of reports they or other members of the community have submitted.

Great concept of it worked as intended. One could give up trying to use it for how unreliable uploads are.

So far so good. Just waiting to see how long it takes for the problem to be resolved..

reporting the problem is easy now lets see how quickly the problem gets attended to this issue has been there for a while but aparently its a county issue

- Location validation in request reporting allowing you to select between physical address and latitude/longitude for more accurate request locations
