Directed to this app from the city website while trying to schedule special pickup for garbage day. Couldn't find a scheduling option anywhere. Might be useful for complaints of potholes or streetlight outages. Posts I saw included those issues plus complaints about neighbors needing to cut grass or having messy yards (with pictures). I had presumed this app would filter reported issues directly to the appropriate city department rather than just airing them in a public forum for all to see.
