Seedly is a private tracking and comparison app for men who are trying to conceive. It keeps semen test numbers, everyday habits, and observation media together, so you can see what was different before each test.

Every field shows a reference figure based on the WHO 6th edition. Seedly shows how your values compare with those figures, but does not diagnose. Numbers from a clinic report and results from an at-home sperm test kit can both be copied into the same timeline.

Sleep, alcohol, abstinence days, supplements, stress, and activity from the days before a test are organised automatically. Instead of relying on memory, you can look back at what actually changed.

Note: capturing media requires a commercially available smartphone observation kit. Seedly does not analyse or measure sperm.
