Very easy app to use for payments, I love the autopay feature, however it's extremely hard to find anything else on your app such as past payments and scheduled payments, perhaps I'm just missing something but I could not find them. That's why it's getting a four. Love the SEEN COMPANY!!! THEY GET A FIVE-STAR. I have not seen any ads on this app thank God!

Their app claimed that my bank's debit card was invalid, which is absolutely, positively, without a doubt, NOT TRUE!!!!! I use the same card for purchases as well as paying all my bills, including other credit card payments and other debits. NOW I HAVE TO PAY USING MY BANK ACCOUNT DIRECTLY!!!!, WHICH TAKES APPROXIMATELY 3 WHOLE DAYS TO CREDIT!!!!!

I was really happy to have a credit card with a $300 limit to help improve my credit score. However, when you make a payment with them sometimes it takes a week or two for you to get available credit. I made a large payment a week ago and call them because I noticed my balance was immediately lower but my available credit is still $0. update: customer service is in India, I believe. and they are very robotic, not helpful at all. I was also informed there's nobody in the US that I can speak.
