Their app claimed that my bank's debit card was invalid, which is absolutely, positively, without a doubt, NOT TRUE!!!!! I use the same card for purchases as well as paying all my bills, including other credit card payments and other debits. NOW I HAVE TO PAY USING MY BANK ACCOUNT DIRECTLY!!!!, WHICH TAKES APPROXIMATELY 3 WHOLE DAYS TO CREDIT!!!!!

no easy way to pay online. I never found out how to pay by laptop. so I get an overdue update until I finally had to download the App. and take up more room on my phone like I really need it. Didn't help build my credit but put a late fee and made it worse.

You should not have to uninstall and reinstall the app every time you try logging in. This is crazy fix it. Also after I accepted this card with a yearly fee, a month later I was sent an offer for no fee. Which is totally crazy. So I am stuck with the yearly fee. update...... I am still having to uninstall and reinstall this app EVERY TIME I try to log in. I regret ever getting this card now. Here we are, now December and still having to uninstall and reinstall to be able to log into this app
