The app is straightforward but rather lean. I made a payment before the due date, and it shows the payment and the adjusted balance, but it still says a payment is due. I see no way of getting a confirmation on payments, and that bugs me a LOT. I just got the card, so I'm not sure I can trust this app yet. I need confirmation numbers, guys! I am also annoyed that there's no website for when the app isn't available. Other than that, it is pretty easy to use, and the digital card is convenient.

Infuriating experience. Using a Pixel 9 Pro XL, so a new and relatively popular phone, and the app will let me log in once, then whenever I go back it won't do anything. Doesn't matter if I use biometrics, log out and try again, whatever- it never does anything after I tap log in. The button turns gray and it just sits there. I have to manually clear the app storage every single time I want to log in. And there's no website, so you can only bank with the app. So frustrating!

was advertised to have a $1500 limit with excellent approval odds on credit karma, got approved with only a $300 limit. The app is very clumsy to use, there is no website interface you can use when the app doesn't work. Can't activate the physical card because the app doesn't allow me to enter in the info to activate it. CS was pretty useless at solving the issue as well.
