was advertised to have a $1500 limit with excellent approval odds on credit karma, got approved with only a $300 limit. The app is very clumsy to use, there is no website interface you can use when the app doesn't work. Can't activate the physical card because the app doesn't allow me to enter in the info to activate it. CS was pretty useless at solving the issue as well.

Their app claimed that my bank's debit card was invalid, which is absolutely, positively, without a doubt, NOT TRUE!!!!! I use the same card for purchases as well as paying all my bills, including other credit card payments and other debits. NOW I HAVE TO PAY USING MY BANK ACCOUNT DIRECTLY!!!!, WHICH TAKES APPROXIMATELY 3 WHOLE DAYS TO CREDIT!!!!!

Big Mistake! The only offer is going to be a flat-out no. Seen has fraudulently made it look like my account was late back in September when it was not. I have tried multiple times to get the mistake corrected, and Seen has refused to do so. Yes, I have proof that it was not my mistake. But, you have the nerve to offer me a settlement offer and extort late fees from me. I will not give the scam company one dime. But, I can report you. The nerve!
