The only way to activate your new card is through the app. On Android (multiple different devices) when you click activate card, it takes you to a screen that says to enter your cvv, but there's nowhere to enter it. I've been trying for a week on all the phones in my house. Finally decided to see if there was an iPad app, and of course the box to enter the cvv into pops right up on the iPad. This is a pretty major glitch that means android users can't activate their cards and it needs fixed.

Awful app. Awful customer service. Have only been able to log in 1 time and that was after I had to reach out for help. Since then I've tried to log in a number of times with zero success (the log in button just turns to a spinny circle and does nothing). I've sent multiple emails, one of which has a 1.5 minute long video attached showing my inability to log in, and have yet to receive any sort of response. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND getting this card or app and will be closing this account.

I only got this card to help my credit score. huge mistake. I never received the card and forgot about it altogether. Never paid the initial fees... my score tanked. That's how I was reminded about the account. No one ever reached out about a late payment. I tried calling support, in hopes to negotiate fixing it. they were not willing. Do yourself a favor, skip it. Atlas helped way more. credit almost to 700 after seen dropped me under 600. DON'T DO IT! app also never works. garbage, completely.
