About this app

SiteCam reduces admin time, instantly centralizing photos across your team, with photos pinned to plans and maps in the cloud. Organized, so you can generate reports in minutes, not hours.

The SiteCam mobile app is a fast, easy-to-use camera app that streamlines data collection. Automatically recording timestamps, GPS, and structuring photos into folders, with custom tags and descriptions. Photos can be pinned to floor plans for additional context.

Photos in SiteCam are synchronized online, so you can instantly access your team’s photos in the app and on your computer, via the SiteCam web app. Photos from all of your projects, in one place. You can edit your photos, descriptions and tags across all platforms.

SiteCam gives you a visual database of project information. You can view your team’s photos by location, using map or plan views, or scroll through the organized gallery. You can search through photos by date window, tags, record type, description text, and more. The AI search within the app allows you to search using the contents of a photo that has been analyzed and auto-tagged by our AI algorithm.

You can capture construction defects or snags to form a punch-list, with markups and descriptions of what needs to be done, with pins on the plan to show exactly where work is needed. Add Tags for each trade and generate a clear, professional report with all the key information.

Making reports with SiteCam is so quick and easy you can do it whilst in the field, with geotagged photo GPS locations, timestamps and your notes, in a report with your logo in minutes. You can customize the look of SiteCam reports and easily share them as a link, or save them as a PDF.

Whether you’re doing a construction site inspection, capturing progress photos, or doing a dilapidation report, SiteCam is your tool to take better site photos and make faster reports. Try SiteCam for free, so you can get better site photos and faster reports today.

Benefits include:
Create a centralized construction photo database for your team, instead of everyone having their own system

Show the location of defects and items of your punch-list by pinning photos to a plan and map

Create stronger evidence with GPS geotagged photos shown on a map
Improve your record security with all photos backed-up safely online and not filling-up your phone (on-phone copies also available when selected).
Maintain a copy of your team member’s project photos even if they leave the project/company.
Save time marking up photos with our quick drawing tool, which can be removed later if needed.
Include photos in your report with timestamps and mark-ups on them for clearer communication
Download high-res original photos with the option to have timestamps baked onto them
Upload photos from your computer and pin them to plans/maps through the web app

Super simple and intuitive app for tying site photos to a plan! No more balancing a clipboard in one hand and taking photos with the other while trying to track and scribble down photo numbers. Just snap your photos and drop a pin on the plan! SiteCam doesn't try to do too much, but has just the right amount of features to streamline field data collection and office review. Love the real time upload and the abilities to add tags/descriptions and create quick reports.

This app is fantastic for defect management and tracking. The ability to walk a multistory residential project - marking out defects and items with photos and pinned locations along the way really helped my project management responsibilities. The app is quick and easy to use out on site, with a great interface to PC for later review and report compiling.

I run a site observation and documentation service and SiteCam became absolutely essential from first use. It's simple, user friendly even for an old school inspector like me, not bogged down with superfluous "bells and whistles," and best of all, saves me an incredible amount of time. I can perform an inspection and generate, share and forward a professional report before ever leaving the site. My clients are happy and my reports have been key to quick resolution of site issues and problems.
