Pin photos to plans/blueprints and maps to improve your photo documentation records, better communicate defects, and produce more insightful project reports to stakeholders.

Discussing a site issue and it gets buried in the chat? In SiteCam you can Tag people in comments linked directly to the photos, their notes, and location context to better communicate job updates, requests for info, required tasks, etc. Our notification system takes them straight to the conversation, with context so they can understand what you’re talking about, and get you answers quickly.

SiteCam is built to help with your field documentation so you have the records you need for project scoping, condition assessments, site updates, photo evidence, and issue flagging. Photos are automatically timestamped and GPS-stamped to improve your evidence records.

Turn a selection of your site records into a detailed photo report in minutes, not hours. Photos in SiteCam can be sent to our report template, ready to edit, share via a URL, or download as a PDF. Reports include photo locations on your plans, GPS information, timestamps and your notes.


View your team’s photos by location, using map or plan views, or scroll through the gallery. You can search through photos by date, tags, record type, description text, and more. The AI search within the app allows you to search using the contents of a photo that has been analyzed and auto-tagged.

Capture construction defects or snags, with markups and descriptions of what needs to be done. Pin each defect to the plan to show exactly where work is needed, all clearly shown in your report. Add update photos to a pin to record evidence of how an issue has been fixed.

Super simple and intuitive app for tying site photos to a plan! No more balancing a clipboard in one hand and taking photos with the other while trying to track and scribble down photo numbers. Just snap your photos and drop a pin on the plan! SiteCam doesn't try to do too much, but has just the right amount of features to streamline field data collection and office review. Love the real time upload and the abilities to add tags/descriptions and create quick reports.

Solid app, no complaints so far. It does what it says and displays information in a solid way. I have a big outdoor project, so I haven't been able to test the plan version of the app yet. It displays no comercials so far, and is easy to share with others. It is browser accecible as well. My advice is to try it, you get 500 pictures for free, and if you don't like it, you can always download the pictures you took and remove the app.

SiteCam app, It is a very useful and practical tool, especially for capturing and organizing site photos efficiently. The interface is easy to use, and it helps save time when documenting and sharing information. Overall, SiteCam has improved my workflow and made site reporting much more convenient. I highly recommend it and appreciate the effort put into its development.

What’s new

You can now customize the color of the pin linked to each Record Type. Show 'Progress photos' as blue, 'Defect - Open' as red, and 'Resolved' as green, it's up to you.

Report customizations (eg, hide the Tags) are now remembered. The next report you make in that project will also have the same look (eg, Tags will be hidden).

You can now easily add multiple plans to an existing project and create new folders for each one.

This release also includes bug fixes and performance enhancements.
