apps crashes every time when try to update detail and save the data

Itself to a certain extent; sometimes frustrating to use this app when consulting online. Some bugs exist. Audio/video calls don't work on mobile data. If I login on laptop web app, it logs me out of the Mobile app. Above all, when facing these issues, there is no way to send a text message to the doctor to let them know abt these problems, bcoz you first hv to set up connection with them.

I would like to know today I have created my account and after sign up and filling my detail. The app redirect me to the login page and when I insert my credentials the app gave the error. Your account is deactivated please contact an adminstration. What does that mean. What's the point of that long data collection if It was for deactivate. It should stoped me at the main page. Wasted so much of my time in filling that long form. This is not the way to treat your customers. Sorry to say.
