- Great service if the app works and the doctor is available and sound can reach either side. it didnt happen for me multiple times, wasting hours each day. -Very bad app, login, forget password, voice doesn't work. the desktop is even worse not allowing one to login on multiple browsers. - Apps in the health space should be much more reliable than this. It just wastes patient's time and makes them more frustrated.

Itself to a certain extent; sometimes frustrating to use this app when consulting online. Some bugs exist. Audio/video calls don't work on mobile data. If I login on laptop web app, it logs me out of the Mobile app. Above all, when facing these issues, there is no way to send a text message to the doctor to let them know abt these problems, bcoz you first hv to set up connection with them.
