I used this app to track my seizures when I was using an iPhone. I'd switched to a Samsung when I had to replace my phone, and I went to get my tracker app, not reading the description. And, I was unable to log into my account. Why would you make this app ONLY the secondary type of account? How am I supposed to send alerts to my husband if I don't have the app? The fact the app can do both on iPhone but can only do one thing on Android is just ridiculous and missing the whole point of it all.

Hello! The main functionality is based on the Apple Watch (its hardware and the Apple Health ecosystem). Since an Apple Watch can’t be paired with Android, the Android app is intended for emergency contacts only. I’m afraid that at the moment, we don’t have plans to make the app for Android-based watch models due to several technical reasons.

Absolute Game-Changer!! Our youngest started having tonic clonic seizures, we have no family history of seizures, and the length of her seizures became dangerous. The app 100% works, when it goes off, all of the caregivers we have listed receive an alarm and a phone call immediately. It gets us to her in time to help her through the seizure. It had given me peace again. The customer service is stellar, they listen. and they care. ❤️

At first it worked and you would have gotten a 5 star, but my daughter has had 4 episodes and we are no longer being alerted. app is up to date, every setting is the same. Uninstalling.
Hello! We're sorry to hear that! Please write to us at support@epicentr.app , and we'll do our best to look into it. Sometimes people forget to actually activate monitoring on the watch, which might be the reason for not getting alerts.
