Almost perfect. Few things can be added. Auto play for routine which can be customize (e.g. fixed weight and reps for all exercises, and every fixed time, will automatically go on to the next exercise) and exercises on that routine will automatically add on history. It is a plus also if you will add BMI on weight tracker. And and big plus if there is a graph for categories (aside from the calendar) to track which part is being over exercised and which part is lacking. It is already good but still have a lot of rooms for improvements. Hope somehow you will consider my suggestions. Thanks!
Great app to track workouts. My two suggestions for improvements are: 1. Take our height weight bmi and give an average of how many calories should be burned during a workoan exercise 2. Allow to create folders under the routines category so that way I can have multiple routines saved and organized. For example if I am following HIIT 100s by Jim Stoppani I would like to create a folders folder for that entire routine and break it down into phases. This way when I follow another routine I don't have to search for it. Other than those suggestions it is a great and easy to use app. I'll definitely buy the premium version its only 1.99
This is a really good app. The timer needs to be made to work in the background while looking through other exercises, and the save button needs to be moved to a new location so as not to save an incomplete exercise when trying to simply start the set timer. And if it had a warmup set calculator that would pop up over the current exercise it would be the only workout app I would use. However the things that work, work well, and it is easy to input weights, reps, and sets. I like the app a lot and I really appreciate it's simplicity.
Great App for weight training, not tried it on cardio yet. Once you get the hang of it inputting exercises is extremely easy. The ability to build non-listed exercises is very helpful and simple. Glad this is still free, don't change that please😁 great work guys, thanks!
I have been looking for a simplistic workout log for years and this app hits every point! Easy exercise adder, categories & routines setup, history, summary of last visits - everything! It makes it so easy to progress in weights without having to log everything manually. Thanks for making an awesome app!
I love this app. It's everything I could want in a workout app. However, I'm wondering why the autofill doesn't work when I'm doing supersets? It autofills the set from my last workout (it does this for all the exercises in the superset, which I want), but when I add a new set, go to the next exercise in the superset, and then go back the first exercise, the reps and weight are blank, and then will be blank for all the other exercises in the superset going forward as well. This never used to be the case. Any way to change this? Thanks for a great app!
