Simple Workout Log is a free & simple tool to log and track your workouts! It is a workout tracker designed to require minimal user input so you can spend more time working out and less time entering your results.

If you are looking for a fast, efficient workout tracker designed to work great for both weight lifting and cardio exercises, this is it! Simple Workout Log automatically logs the current date and time each time you start an exercise so you can compare your current exercise to the last time you completed it at just a glance so you can push to improve your results each workout.

Past exercises may be searched for, viewed, edited, and deleted using the History function.

Simple Workout Log was designed for the sole purpose of eliminating the need for paper workout journals in hopes of making life easier while at the gym.

Love it! A few things I'd love to see: an option for stretching exercises, ability to specify a custom unit (I'd like to input some things in band difficulty and height in inches, and it would also be nice to label weights as dumbbell, etc). Also for the bar calculator, I wish it would remember the weight of the bar. I have 2.5 lb dumbbell bars and always having to change that is a little annoying.

Outstanding! This is the app I wished for years existed... and it actually does exist. There's freedom to enter my own equipment and routines instead of stuck with someone else's preloaded or limited choices. The only odd flaw I see is sometimes it says the last time I completed an exercise is 'today' despite it being days ago I did that exercise. Otherwise the app is perfect!

Nice app and makes it really easy to track workouts, create routines or just do them on the fly at the gym. The only BIG ANNOYANCE is the completed workouts are ALWAYS listed in reverse order and the export to Excel also has everything reversed. EXTREMELY annoying and hard to follow. i like to look at data in chronological order as weel as see my exercises and their sets in order. Not the last exercise first with the first set to last, then 2nd to last exercise, etc. PLEASE UPDATE IT!!!
