Exactly what I was looking for I wanted an app where I could plan workouts ahead of time, hit Go, and track progress. This lets me do that with a ton of flexibility, plus I can easily call up history when needed and time exercises or rest periods. The only thing I can't do that I'd like to do is plan the # of sets/reps for each exercise. This app won't tell you what exercises to do, how many calories to eat, or what new protein shake you need to buy. It's perfect.
Great app! It does the job very well. I am thoroughly impressed. This might be the only app I'll consider paying for the full version. Only thing I would like to see as an improvement, allowing us to put a note next to a completed set because I look back a few oaths and see an odd weight I used and forget why. Or I'd just like to inform myself how I felt during that specific set or exercise on that day.
Simple & effective Tried a few other apps out there, most are a little over the top for what I was looking for. I just want to track workouts, this app does that well. Simple clean interface, backup / restore capability, a few bells and whistles (routines, import exercises, etc) this one does it well!
Great app. One recommendation When entering a workout rep+weight, it's annoying to scroll down to the "+" sign. When the number pad pops up to enter in data, it fills half the screen. There is a lot space to the left of reps/weight....can the Developers move the "+" up there? Otherwise, no complaints. Samsung Galaxy s7.
Exactly what I was looking for If the devs want criticism the way you enter exercises the very first time is a bit clunky. It would be better just to add them directly in the routines. Even with that, after less than 5 minutes of setup it is perfect.
Not what i was after. I'm after a simple log. A log to keep a record of how many sit ups, press ups and squats i do daily. A simple to look at log so i can see how well I'm progressing. You can't do that with this. It's just a big long list. You have to scroll through so much. Graph doesn't work either. If it does. Then you haven't made it very clear.
- Improved new autofill feature. You can now choose whether you'd like to autofill the first, or last set from your last completed workout, or to copy all sets from your last completed workokut.
- Fixed a bug where new autofill feature would crash the app for cardio exercises
- Added highly requested autofill option. Once enabled, most recently completed data will be autofilled into the "NEW" tab upon opening an exercise.
- Added ability to share an image of your progress graphs
