The Naolib app is the official mobility application of the Nantes metropolitan area, designed to accompany you on all your journeys:

- Find the best route for your trips
- Subscribe to (and manage) your subscriptions or purchase a public transport ticket
- Reserve your parking space and your parking subscription
- Set up your widgets to check self-service bicycle availability and available parking spaces… and so much more!

Ratings and reviews

The app is slower than before the last update, it's not possible to edit the time of departure after validating a time, whereas the previous version made this possible. Most features I was using for years are at least one more click away, and the timetables are hard to access. The app loads during typing, missing a few characters. You had a frankly very good app, despite its flaws, and updated it to a prettier yet awful new version. TLDR: The UX is way worse than it used to be, it's prettier

Before the update, the app provided a great user experience and reliable service. However, since the latest update, the service has become extremely poor and frustrating. The overall performance has significantly declined, which is very disappointing.

After an Update all my tickets were gone and I am not able to log in anymore
