why do i have to manually enter my banking information every time i wanna buy an mTicket?? Why not make it so that the information gets saved to the account, this way payment is straightforward ?

Hi, depending on your bank you should have the option to save your credit card on the paiement page if you have created an account. A new version of the app will make it easier to manage your paiement method, we thank you for your patience.

Usually works fine. But once I had a buggy experience with "my ongoing ticket" tab. I had to validate another ticket because this tab had disappeared. Also, search can be improved in the timetable and itenary section. For e.g. the search key "St Mihiel" doesn't show me the station St-Mihiel. Update: Lately, the walking distances are not being displayed correctly. A distance of few hundred meters is shown as more than a few km

Bugs, bought a pack of 10 and saved to validate later, then I see it validated all 10 at once. So I tried to buy another one and it didn't show up under my tickets at all. Tried to contact the customer service and received an error message. Pffffffffff
