I tried buying gold with a payment from an account not in my name, which I understand isn’t allowed. When I offered to resubmit payment from my own account, the company instead cancelled the entire transaction. They falsely claimed the refund would be instant, causing me to miss profit. Customer service was inflexible; the COO handled my case and refused to let me lodge a complaint. Extremely frustrating, I would not recommend Gold Rush if timing and good customer support matter to you.

Just thought id provide a more recent reveiw. I have found very few issues with the service its self and i use it quite frequently to store extra cash. Had no issues using the money on the couple times i have used the Digital card. The layout is very simple, when dealing with money its a good thing.

Due to current hikes in mortgage interest rates, I have not been able to make regular deposits. 😔 However, on the plus side, I had no problem withdrawing, and it only took a few days compared to a week with other investment providers. Would recommend this to others.
