I cannot log into my app. (and have not been able to for a long time.) when I log in it automatically says "connection timed out, please try again." my subscription charges quit being withdrawn a couple months ago. my cameras are still connecting to my wifi & showing data usage. im concerned as to where that data is going, since obviously the cloud service is non-operational at this point.

It's been great for several years.have 2 have worked great. Then, all of a sudden, the video will not play back the recorded video. What is the problem. After I tried to watch a recorded video, I received a pop-up stating that there was a bug and Snap needed to fix this. what seems to be the problem. your phone number for support is a continuous bizzy. Would like to get this resolved before I have to cancel my subscription. Why pay for cloud you can't use it.

I have used and supported sengled LED snap cameras since 2017, they had about a 98% up time in my experience. With maybe one or two outages per year. These cameras have no local storage and work exclusively with the cloud, the problem is with the servers down, these cameras are USELESS, you cannot connect to even view. With whatever is happening at snap, their network has been down for over a week, no explanations, no response from snap. Either way I am done with sengled, I replaced them.
