App is broken. Attempting to sign in, create a new account, or even go through 'Forgot my password', you get the same error: "The operation failed, please try again." Disappointing as all the bulbs I have cannot be used as intended. Some won't even turn on with the switch anymore. Editing to add the last time I was able to connect to the App (when I last reset the password) was Oct 5, 2024.

Useless. Bought these lightbulbs a few years back, moved, didn't have Internet for a little while so kept the bulbs in the boxes. just unpacked some to get set up and the app doesn't go past the log in screen basically. Can't hook up to Alexa without the app first so now I have about 12 useless LED bulbs that I can only use on the settings they had last time I turned them on. 1 daylight blue, 1 daylight yellow, and 1 straight up Blue

This app simply doesn't work. Says I don't have a Sengled account when I try to log in, and says it fails when I try to sign up. This is the app shown in the photos of their product pages on the website, and it appears to have all of the options one might want for their smart bulbs, nearly all of which are missing from the other Sengled apps.

What’s new

1. Supports remote control, allowing devices connected via the app to be shared for synchronized control with the remote.
2. Same account supports automatic BLE devices sharing between different phones.
