I'm pretty sure this is abandonware at this point but only kept up so you could buy their products. *REFUND* your product if you just bought it. It hasn't been updated in a couple years for a reason. Garbage app. can't log in anymore, and when I could it wouldn't delete any of my light bulbs nor would it turn them on but claim they were on. everything you do pops up the same error message everyone is getting. I'm not joking about getting a refund.

I moved in with my boyfriend and he has these bulbs but has never figured out how to set them up. Having previously used LIFX, Phillips Hue, and Wyze smart bulbs, I thought it'd be a breeze. After 20 minutes, however, I can't even set up an account in the app—it's just constant error messages! No wonder there are all these 1-star reviews! The bulbs require an app that is essentially unusable!!

App is broken. Attempting to sign in, create a new account, or even go through 'Forgot my password', you get the same error: "The operation failed, please try again." Disappointing as all the bulbs I have cannot be used as intended. Some won't even turn on with the switch anymore. Editing to add the last time I was able to connect to the App (when I last reset the password) was Oct 5, 2024.
