Ratings and reviews

There's no adjustment for streaming music. The quality of music playback is really short of what I'd expect from a Sennheiser product. Also the FAQ link takes you to an advertisement page for other Sennheiser products, so I have use Google to usage guidelines. A bit disappointing for what these things cost. The setup functions work well for when you first get them, but having to go back through the entire profile anytime you want to tweak something is a nuisance.

Product is "okay". App is junk. Been using it for the last 6 months, daily wear is cumbersome and in the evening can't wait to take the things off. Wish Sony Hearphones would make a comeback..the audio was great, using streaming was great. Sennheiser..don't bother. It is neither a decent hearing aid or a decent ear bud, and without the app to control them they are even more worthless.

app is pitiful ... cannot reconnect by Bluetooth to hearing aids that I have previously setup and are in my list of Bluetooth devices. Contacted support but couldn't understand them and they didn't seem to understand how Bluetooth should work. I think the app needs to be updated to the latest version of Bluetooth otherwise it's not worth the trouble !
