Ratings and reviews

(I've used the app for about 6 months now.) The app is easy to use and provides excellent EQ variety for music. The sound stage is AMAZING too. My only complaint is that the noise canceling, even at 100%, isn't good enough to block out most of everyday life. If I'm sitting at home, sure but if I'm out walking, I hear everything and I typically have the volume at around 40%-50%. Unless, of course, you have the volume maxed and you're ok with destroying your hearing, lol.

Love these ear buds. They sound amazing and great price and pretty intuitive app though this is my one and only experience. 2 things: My CX True wireless lack grip. Same with the charging case. Very slick and often dropped. Second: would love to be able to change the volume up/down increments. I find they in it's current state it is too much. I'll often use the touch controls and then fine tune from the phone.

The app is better than I expected, given the quality of the competition, and I love having the ability to switch codecs. One major oversight though is the separation between ANC and Transparency when configuring controls. These are mutually exclusive sound modes, and I should be able to control them from the same button. ANC (in general; not the headphones' fault) gives me a headache, and I sometimes use only one earbud. This means I have to use two of the 4 controls for sound mode alone
