A worthwhile companion to some killer headphones. A feature request though-- could we get a bit of a "detent" between ANC and Ambient with the pinch adjustment? Once the 'phones are doing one or the other, there's no way to settle back into the neutral "off" setting without opening up the app and dragging the slider over. I can adjust from one extreme to the other, but there's no middle position where it's not doing one thing or the other. Sometimes I just want music.

The app is better than I expected, given the quality of the competition, and I love having the ability to switch codecs. One major oversight though is the separation between ANC and Transparency when configuring controls. These are mutually exclusive sound modes, and I should be able to control them from the same button. ANC (in general; not the headphones' fault) gives me a headache, and I sometimes use only one earbud. This means I have to use two of the 4 controls for sound mode alone

It has a couple of problems, all design issues. Like if I want to turn the sensors off for longer battery life because I don't need them right now. It's not clear how to do that and the setting isn't with the sensors section. The manual is vague and its instructions doesn't match the the app. The EQ settings are relative, I tried using them to reduce the minimum volume, bringing them all down does nothing. As it's not low enough when I'd like some quiet music in the background.
