I really like it's ability to tailor the sound to exactly like I want. I did find one complaint that had to do with the controls of the earphones. They are so sensitive that if I take a hard step or a little jump, the headset reacts by changing song or just stopping play. I wanted to give them a 5 but just wanted to find out if I could get attention by posting a 4. Although I have myriad headphones, this is the first I have tried from Sennheiser. Mechical implementation is sub par.

The app is better than I expected, given the quality of the competition, and I love having the ability to switch codecs. One major oversight though is the separation between ANC and Transparency when configuring controls. These are mutually exclusive sound modes, and I should be able to control them from the same button. ANC (in general; not the headphones' fault) gives me a headache, and I sometimes use only one earbud. This means I have to use two of the 4 controls for sound mode alone

Great app, but with one huge annoyance. There's no way to prioritize which device your headphones are connected to with multi-point connections. It will ALWAYS default to your mobile device when nothing is playing on your other devices, and the only way to stop it is to either unpair it with the mobile device or turn off Bluetooth on the mobile device. It will always try to yank away audio control from your other devices. It's infuriating. Sennheiser please fix this!
