Over the past several months, we have been tirelessly BETA testing our Android® eXact iDip® application to eliminate any bugs that may be present. As this is our very first application on the Android® platform, we started from the ground up and in turn created a revolutionary way to collect water quality data. Even with all of our trials, we still need your valuable feedback, as each phone or tablet has its own way of interacting with the application.

A poorly designed application for an even worse product. I own a 570 aquarium water kit, which failed to work properly from the very beginning. I discussed these issues directly with ITS Europe; however, once the warranty period expired, their support and willingness to help effectively ceased. The application is essentially useless without the product, and the product itself is equally unusable without the application—therefore, this review applies to both.

Thered so many benefits to having this app. As someone who manages a few rental properties, this app is crucial in maintaining perfect water quality in our pools and hot tubs. I can store and track results from each location. It definitely made testing faster and more organized.

App keeps crashing after the update. It wouldn't display the value. At first, it shows the idip 570 is connected via Bluetooth, downloaded the config file fine, ran through the process of calculating the value. Then, at the last second which it should display the value, the app closes and the meter display Er 2. I tried reinstalling the app multiple times, reset the batteries on the meter, no help. Help!
